Milly (born c. 2017) is a calico cat that is often seen sticking its tongue out, making it an exploitable meme template. The meme is often accompanied by humorous captions where the cat refuses to comply with various demands. Milly's most predominant fur color is white with beige and has black markings on the top of her head and back.

On 24 July 2022, when her owner took a photo of Milly sticking its tongue out, the photograph became a popular meme when a Twitter user posted a stretched version of the image with a humorous caption about the cat refusing to do homework and mocking a teacher. This tweet received over 7,600 retweets and 48,700 likes within a week.

Milly's username, fatfatmillycat, is a reference to Panko's username, fatfatpankocat.
