Helia Peppercats aka Co ja pacze, aka Starecat, aka Grafics Cat was a popular back in 2010 reaction image mainly used in 4chan
Originally the image first appeared on 4chan and was mainly used as reaction image, it was unclear how she obtained her nicknames but as early as July 6th 2010 on /co/ (4chan cooking board) she was deemed as "Grafics Cat", one of earliest archived instances of "Starecat" took place in a thread on /v/ (4chan video games board) on August 22 2010.
It did not obtain its word around until it was introduced to the various Polish image sharing websites around the end of 2011, where it was used to express the feeling of disappointment when one realizes that she/he is wasting time watching meaningless videos on Youtube. When it did the meme exploded in popularity spreading across the world becoming an over night success.
