Wisp is a little persian cat known for her distinctive hair, her constantly dirty face and her sassy attitude, specially as a kitten.
Early life [2] [3][edit | edit source]
Dominique found and helped a group of abandoned breeder persian cats on her neighborhood. There was this pregnant cat, that was thought to be a male, that then gave birth to a small premature kitten, who was then named Wisp. But unfortunately, the mom wasn't interested on caring on her baby, so Dominique had to raise it herself; she fed, cleaned and took care of Wisp since the very first day and documented most of it. Wisp quickly became viral on TikTok and Instagram for her little shenanigans in her kittenhood.
Sadly, Wisp was born with some defects in her intestines, since they were too narrow, so at first she had a hard time when she had to go to the bathroom. So she had some medical procedures and took medicines to heal her guts. Luckily it all worked and now she can poop properly.

Nowadays, Wisp is a healthy, young cat, with probably no problems at all.
Unfortunately though, there's been some huge drama around the organisation that rescued her; including Wisp's death rumours, arguments with another rescue center, but more importantly, the questioning of the methods and intentions of Dominique (Wisp's owner) and her organisation, since they been kind of rough. [4] Also, Rags To Riches has been having some trouble with funding. [5] Yet not much is known by now.
